About the Creator

Hi, I am Michelle, a former Kaniva local who understands the unique challenges of rural life because I've lived it myself.  I've worked in the fitness industry since 1994 and now support rural women as a Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and educator.  As a qualified Level 3 Health and Wellness Coach and TAFE SA educator for more than 25 years I am passionate about helping women create simple, sustainable habits that improve their health and wellbeing.
